Stocklley connects to your Amazon Seller account to plan FBA replenishment, track inventory across your 3PL warehouses, and reconcile Amazon payouts against your own books — all in one place.
Stocklley is a supply-chain and inventory management platform for Amazon sellers, and for the agencies and consultants who manage seller accounts on their behalf. It connects to a seller's Amazon account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API, using the seller's own authorization, and combines that data with information from the seller's third-party warehouses and suppliers.
Tracks days-of-stock coverage per SKU and recommends when and how much to send to Amazon FBA.
Keeps sellable, inbound, and in-transit stock visible in one ledger, and produces Amazon-compliant packing lists for new shipments.
Reconciles what Amazon actually pays out against the seller's own bookkeeping, with a full double-entry ledger.
Plans purchase orders across multiple suppliers based on real demand and lead times.

When a seller connects their Amazon account to Stocklley, we access only the data covered by the specific permissions ("roles") they approve during Amazon's authorization process — for example, order history, inventory levels, FBA shipment status, and Amazon settlement/payout reports. We never access an Amazon account that hasn't explicitly authorized Stocklley to do so.
Amazon account credentials (refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never exposed to the browser or to any party outside Stocklley's own backend systems. All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
Data retrieved from a seller's Amazon account is used exclusively to power that seller's own dashboards, replenishment recommendations, and financial reports inside Stocklley. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any product outside of the account it was retrieved for.
We do not share Amazon Information with any outside party. Infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and database providers) process data on our behalf solely to operate the service, under their own standard security and confidentiality commitments, and never access seller data for any independent purpose.
A seller may disconnect their Amazon account at any time, which stops all further data syncing. On request, we delete a seller's stored data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Sellers in the UK/EU have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete their data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
